Customer's reviews
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I had a great experience with Oberer Construction Co. They repaired a water leak around the gas vent exhaust cover on my roof, and the quality of their work was excellent. They were professional from start to finish, their pricing was fair and reasonable, and their communication throughout the project was outstanding.
What really impressed me was their commitment to customer service. After the first storm, they called to make sure the repair was holding up and that there were no leaks. That kind of follow-up shows they truly stand behind their work and care about their customers.
I highly recommend Oberer Construction Co. to anyone looking for quality workmanship, fair pricing, and exceptional service.

Update: I was contacted by Josh after I posted this review. He had not seen it, or any of the email contacts that I had sent previously. He is currently reviewing why their website is not functioning as it should. He apologized for the lack of response and will be visiting our home in the next few days. I appreciated the explanation and followup from Josh after the oversite was discovered.
In April, Josh came out to see our property about rebuilding a dry-stacked landscape wall. He suggested that we have the landscaping removed above the wall and then call him back to give an estimate. We removed the landscaping and tried to reach him 3 times over a month's time. No response. Just crickets. The courtesy of a phone call to say they were not interested, couldn't perform the work, or didn't want to perform the work would have been the least I expected. No!! Just crickets!!

We contacted Oberer about small cracks in our 35 year old masonry home. Josh's father, Gary, came and inspected the house. He saw our crack and found other ones that were obvious once he pointed them out. Gary gave a verbal not to exceed estimate, then followed up with a formal proposal which I accepted. The proposal was less than the verbal estimate. We mistakenly wrote a check for the amount of the verbal estimate that was too big. Josh and Gary returned the check and asked for the lower amount in the proposal. Such honesty is so refreshing. The repair was done quickly, cleanly and professionally. The workmen were courteous and efficient. It was a pleasure working with Oberer.
